And it's done! Few things to note. This is just the Clergy specific rules; I'm hoping to have other Church rules (weddings, sermons etc.) up tomorrow. They've been separated. The big change here is a complete overhaul of ranks, dioceses etc. I hope people like them. For me they hit a sweet spot; less bookkeeping for me and more choices for Clergy players (promotion in the Church is no longer linear, you can concentrate on getting into a more prestigious diocese etc.) Obviously, the big diocese question is where our PC priests currently are! Father Chatten is a Curate in the Diocese of Bonelle. The newly ordained Father Vuillermoz (whose player will hopefully have time to join us this turn from what he's said!) is a Priest in the Archdiocese of Mont-Royale. And this is the Clergy and Church together. (Very little change in the latter apart from rewriting it to make it actually flow). The big question I am likely to face is "as the new Church rules are cheaper can we use them for next turn?" Yes, Hulluame, you can. Probable typo:
18.5, second to last paragraph, last sentence. I guess it should read.

Also in 18.5, it is not specified that the NPCs will always acept to officate the ceremony if so asked (and paid, of course), though I guess this keeps...

Put that in, thanks. (Also added the rules about disrupting sermons back in which seem to have been left out of the draft).

I'm thinking I'm just going to remove the parts on priests and titles entirely. I'm not sure treating them differently is justified for the extra complexity.

Another suggestion:
18.7
My suggestion would be to exclude gifts in cash from this rule, just giving the cash to the receiver.

That makes sense I think.
