[OOC: In the Rules section 29.31. it is clearly stated, that owners of racehorses have to declare their horse to be entered or not in the previous month before the race takes place. But as I read it now, the common practice is different. So just take it as the next month´s entry list opened a little early by an enthusiastic racehorse owner.  ] |
