This TV series is even older, some of us remember it first time around!! Theme tune / song is really catchy and you can still get the whole series on DVD. It is a French production and lots of action scenes. www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5Sb9AoirSU(You may have to skip a quick advert at the beginning). Jason

Question:
Would people like me to separate the "OOC game" and "OOC other" discussions with a new subforum so people can discuss things like the tv series easier?

I'm easy with the OOC game / OOC other Sam, seems to work ok but if you wish to split that's fine. We don't tend to get a great deal of posts in these but maybe it will encourage players to contribute more?

As you like. To now, OOG (out of Game) comments have been few, but I could not stop myself to share the Dogtagnan film with you all.
It already caught my attention your picture when I first saw it (I didn't expect the serial being widely known, being produced in Barcelona), and I thought you'd like to know there's now a 3D version film.

Yeah, the question is more whether that would actually encourage wider posting! (And allow stuff like memes).

Never heard of this film before until you posted it. This evening I have one of my rare nights with less than 20 billion things to do so I will endeavor to watch it and let you know my how I rate it!

Yes, I saw it long ago, but I forgot about this film... Who opened Pandora's box? Who let Dogtagnan out? (Who...who...whowho) It was me, of course, and sorry if it was inappropiate. I just thought it was related enough...

Try using a different cable or screen - if you can - some TVs might have the port - or if you have other options on PC - it is a matter of swapping things until you find the faulty item. Sounds most likely cable, or port on PC

Arrrghhh....never mention that name / place!! As a staunch Bonapartist it is an anathema to me, a bit like the film - and the good lord pardon me for saying the name - Gettysburg, although the first 2/3rd's of the film are ok it's just the ending. Damn Yankees! Jason

Yes, I will agree watching Buford and Chamberlain kick rebel ass is pretty awesome!

Since I'm marrying a Yankee, I'm having to hide my Rebel sympathies. I blame Sam, its his fault since he just became a Scot, and Sir Walter Scott apparently caused the civil war all by himself.
Talking of Chamberlain - is that the guy in Shogun? That's going to be my next 1970's watch.
