As this Season the king goes to Provinces (ITTR the first case since new rules), some doubts arise in my mind (not all of them directly related to Huillaume).
1) Do the governmental and court characters also go with him, or they remain in Paris?
2) Let's put d'Blancheur case as example. If the Carinal accompaigns the King, I guess the Cardinal's Guard must do so too. Nonehteless, as he's Governor of the Picardy, he cannot take this abscence of Paris (except for the month he spends in picardy each season). What must he do? or those full time appointments are "with the Court" instead of "in Paris"?
3) If the King goes to a province where there is combat, the Guards Units going with the King do only participate in Combat if the King takes command, or they may (I guess Commander's choice) in any case (except if this would make numbers above maximum Regiments)?
Shure they will appear more situations, but those are the ones that come to my head at once

In general the location of the Cardinal is rarely defined in advance... I always have to guess!

1) Remain in Paris, although they can go if they choose. The only exception is if a Government meeting is called.
2) The Cardinal would go with, but only if there's a Government meeting at the Front. In this particular case, I think we'd make an exception and allow Arnold to go to Paris. (Hypothetical, as there's no Government meetings at the front)
3) Only if the King takes command.

Another one:
I understand even while at the frontier the SPs requirements, as well as the expenses for support, etc. must be as if they were in Paris (at least if the king does not take command, as if so, I guess the Guards members would be treated as if in Camapign). Is this right?

If they're not fighting, the regiments get Front Support, but get normal SP.

One more suggest that I thought about after this last month situation would be to apply more DMs to the roll to see if HM takes command (not to be applied this season, just for future times): Situation: - Specific border undermanned: +1
- Specific border overmanned (more regiments than minimum): -1
- Specific border at maximum Regiments: -2
If the King takes command, his escort (RFG and KM) would count as another Regiment King's activities: - Adressing to troops at least 1 week: +1 (the visit is mostly military motivated)
- King attends privince parliament at least 1 week: .1 (this visit is mostly for economic/political reasons)
- Having Envoy/hhnt/Ball at least 1 week: -1 (visit is mostly for Social reasons)
All of them are cummulative. If the king adress to troops and takes command, the adressment is kept. All other activities are cancelled if the King takes command. Influences: as usual (of course, influence 9 needed) A roll of 6 always means he takes command, a roll of 1 always means he does not.
