I see the Commissioner for Public Health is counted as Minister for this (as he receives Title Roll in December). And yet, the Commissioner of Public safety does not ( heavily biased grudge seen here  )? |

He's not counted as a Minister, he's listed separately. (And yes, because he needs to be a skilled practitioner with a SL of 10) |

It will be, but I think it makes sense to do that as part of the rewrite rather than just update it for a week or so.

How attached are people to the whole slightly complex buying and selling of titles/inheritance rules? I'm thinking of removing them. They were very much Gaston's baby and sadly he's no longer in the game.
(Obviously Hulluame, I know this will get complicated with you and something will need sorting out!)

I would very much like to be able to get a second title for JBO, by purchase or some other means, so I am generally against removing that option.

Estates have had a full rewrite, but less significant.
The main thing is I've hopefully made them less obtuse.
A bit of streamlining as well - income rolls are now made once a season and paid out monthly.
Biggest (still minor I think) changes:
Pensions are now gone and estates pay better pretty much across the board.
Some messing about with numbers.
You can now buy a non noble gentleman's estate.
