Bravery and Poltroonery

I find myself trying to decide what levels to set my Bravery and Poltroonery at for my next venture to the front (whenever that may be)
To make a decision I think I need to know what ranges my Death number is liable to be in

So I think I need to know the Personal Outcome tables for Siege,Assault,Defence,Field Ops
The table for Garrsion is given in the rules 41.4
Should I assume the other operations are the same as presented in the original GDW rulebook?


hmm, 
and, outside of Summer Campaign, how many regiments are at the frontier


edit:did the RNHB go to Savoy after the summer, as it had the highest HL at 6 ?
