According 21.12:

Frequently Frontier Areas will need more support than the Frontier Regiments can provide. To help counter this, the RNHB will be assigned to the areas with the highest hostilities at the start of each season

So, with the current situation, I guess the RNHB wil lbe sent to the Spanish border, and with the Spanish Regiment, they will keep the 1st (Provisional) Brigade active. If so, what is Huillaume's situation?

I mean, he was expected to return to Paris with the disolution of his brigade (being formed only by Frontier units, it was expected not to exist anymore), but if it is not so disolved, would he keep the command of it?

And if so, would this stil lbe considered as a temporary military Command (so allowing him to keep the CPS post, despite forfeiting its benefits)?

He'll be returning home. Technically it'd be a newly formed brigade with the same regiments! (Although you'll get +1 if you choose to apply for the new command).
