newbie question What is expected to be put in Orders for Etiquette and Dancing?
from context in the rulebook, i can guess that the Dancing might be a Yes/No as to whether you will be dancing But not sure about the etiquette

Etiquette and dancing are usually requirements and do not need to be ordered.
At formal parties and balls (including royal balls) an etiquette check is mandatory for all attendees
At balls (formal and informal) a dancing check is made if the character has a companion in attendance. Unless you are a clergyman or in a period of mourning, not dancing will incur negative SP

in rules 8.4 there is table of cost and result for attending Madam Duschene’s School of Social Graces but it does not specify how many weeks need to be studied for each gain (unlike the University courses)
So is it only 1 week?

If you look well the table, thjere's a column for Experience gained, that is what you gain per week attending it.
So, if your skill is 1-2.5, you gain 0.5 to your skill per week attending, Ig higher, you gain 0.25
