Gentlemen,
I most aware of the fact that a number of you have only recently made your way to Paris and, then, only to spend the briefest of time here before nobly volunteering to serve His Majesty's armed forces at the Front.
Now, soon the Summer Campaign season will be over and you will have the opportunity to return to Paris and experience all that our vibrant capitol as to offer! However, and I am somewhat saddened to say, not all in Paris is easygoing and open to all as there's crime on our streets, ignored by the current Commissioner, expensive clubs and events to visit, costly ladies that expect a true gentleman to court them with panache and largesse....then, of course, where do you start first, where are the good places in Paris, which are the right contacts to make, the sound friends to cultivate?!
See, quite daunting when you take a few moments to think about such....HOWEVER....help, as always, is at hand through yours truly, yes because Bastian is branching out to establish a new business venture, Guided tours that culminate in a slap up meal and drinks at my prestigious club 'The Rose and Crown'. I can guarantee that by the end of each week long tour you will have gained a great insight into finding your way around Paris, you'll have been feted in a top class club, been seen in the company of a Chevalier of France, and not just any chevalier either, me who is also the Royal Executioner as well as Paris Premier Physician!! Your own social standing is bound to soar as a result and you'll soon be flying up the ladder of Parisian society.
That all sounds great I can hear you say, marvelous even, but a member of the soldiery, a non Officer, like myself would never be able to arrange something so good as that! Yes, you can my friends because it's on offer to you, I'll do all the arranging and all you need do is to stump up a meagre 50 livres and send it to me just think a paltry 50 livres for the best kick start to your life in Paris you could ever receive! Plus, being at the Front you're bound to have plundered a few dead enemies here and there so your pockets must be bulging with monies ready to spend. You should look upon this as an investment, a wise life choice.
