Some of you are lucky enough to have been titled due to your service to King and Country and your titling ceremony will be in Week 3 at Tuilleres.
Just a few notes on that.
Naturally, all those of you to be given titles may attend, even if you aren't normally eligible for court!
You may bring your mistress and one additional guest if you wish. Any guest must toady to you. (You may only be toadied to or toady to one person at court, unlike clubs).
The Royal Ball will be taking place after the ceremony.
Dancing and carousing are mandatory! Carousing is free. It is now possible to get drunk at court, but you don't have to worry about the nastier results unless you order roistering.
Gambling is optional and uses the same modifers as the Fleur de Lyes
As is having a female companion. If you don't have one, you'll need to get one either from the Bawdyhouse or the Lady's Slipper. A Lady from the Bawdyhouse counts as SL 1 and costs 2x your SL, one from the Lady's Slipper counts as SL 4 and costs 6 x your SL. Naturally, the costs of the excursion must be paid on top of that!
You will lose 2 SP if you arrive at Court on foot. It's simply not the done thing. Full carriage rules can be found on page 109 of the new rulebook. If you want to go for the cheapest option I advise renting a Highway Coach as a premonthly. This will cost you 30L and gain you a bonus SP for the month. Up to four characters (including NPC guests and mistresses!) may share a carriage, but only the owner will get the SP.

There's a lot of this you're going to get from court, even barring special events like royal notice!
They are:
Titling SP.
Coach SP.
1 SP for carousing
2 SP for being at a royal ball
Between -12 to +12 for Etiquette and Dancing (this is because Etiquette results are doubled at court)
However, Court is not cheap!
Costs:
Your SL x 2 to have your ball outfit have their ball outfits laundered, pressed and valetted
The same again for your female companion (her SL, not yours and she will pay her own costs if Wealthy).
Coach costs.
Due to special circumstances, if people miss their orders for this turn I'll just be rearraging their ceremony for a later date.
