Gaston has a SL of 28, not 30. (He is not yet as respected as Louis).
There's going to be several events for this.
In Week 1, the common people (and indeed everyone) will be invited to the coronation at Paris Cathedral. This is hosted by the Cardinal. Alms will not be being collected, but all atendees will gain 6 SP (5 for the Cardinal plus an extra 1 SP for the historic nature). Cardinal's Guards choosing to attend this as their duty will get +2 to their chance of notice this month.
The Steeplechase IS still taking place in week 2 by special order of the new King.
In Week 3, Gaston will be hosting a grand ball, where all titling ceremonies will be taking place.
All SP losses and gains (with the exception of the SP from being titled) will be doubled.
There is a +1 chance of achieving a royal audience.
King's Muskeeteers and RFG who attend in a work capacity will get a +2 to chance of notice.
All guests will attract notice from a royal on an 11 or 12.
The new King will notice ladies on a 2-3 (2-4 if beautiful). This is permanent, unless Gaston finally gets married.
Chances of a title will be at +1 for the rest of Autumn as Gaston raises his loyalists to positions of power. All MiDs will be at a +1 chance for the rest of Autumn.

(Semi seriously, I've mentioned before this really isn't my historical period. It's one of the reasons for moving away from history; i don't actually know it!)

(personal notes)
Can Huillaume attend the Court (aside that as RFG)?
Would it be seen as proper to marry soon, the country being mourning the King?

Hulluame is indeed welcome at the Court. Only a gossip would suggest that the new King may consider the fact he annoyed the old King to be a bonus, not a negative. And marriage is fine; the country can't stop.

There's no King's funeral, or it is included among the ceremonies for Coronation?
----------
Suggested additional effect:
Note: this assume that, given the previous confrontatnion with the dead King and his bad relations with the Cardinal, King Gaston feels his position needs to be secured:
Crown Price Cuirassiers (probably his most trusted troops), RFG and KM companies, cannot volunteer this Autumn

Will Queen Anne remain in France? Or will she return to Austria and give Gaston his time in the sun? The former is much more fun.

Seeing as their is no heir, there is nothing to keep the Dowager Queen in France.

The heir could be Gaston's daughter by his first marriage?
Crown Princess Dragoons!

Is the Week 3 open to commoners? Are they hiring musicians? And does the above apply to any musicians playing?

Just a general question... does a coronation take place that soon after the death of the late monarch? Of course the country has to be ruled along, but in former times those events were of paramount importance. Usually at least emissaries from as many other countries as possible were invited to such an event.be it alone to witness the coronation as given from god. And as we had a discussion about travelling in France alone taking it´s time, travelling across Europe in that time should be taken into account.
Therefore it may be something like an assumption of the "office", if you can call it that, during October and then in due time the official coronation of Gaston to become the next King of France, witnessed by many nobility from all across Europe.
