When do increases take effect? immediatly or at the end of the turn? I mean, let's assume Rénné has a dancing ability of 5.75, and he attends two balls this month. In the first one, he rolls a 6 (so increasing his ability by 0.25, to 6). Which ability will he use in the second one, 5.75 (so 5) or 6? And another question, can abilities be decreased (As in original Liminal rules)? If so, how? I''d assume 6 / immediately.

Two more questions (and another can of worms): When do increases take effect? immediatly or at the end of the turn? As far as multiple attempts to improve skills in the same month are concerned - I would say yes, with later attempts being at a higher chance if the previous attempts fail (at +1 on the die roll per failed attempt). However, I would suggest only one successful attempt per month. Whether any subsequent attempts that month (automatic failures) would count for increasing the chance for a successful attempt the following month I'm not sure - what do others think?
