Looks like tomorrow now. I underestimated how exhausting having stitches taken out of my foot would be!

Looks like tomorrow now. I underestimated how exhausting having stitches taken out of my foot would be! Eeek...how did that happen ? Last Saturday I managed to cut it open on a broken slow cooker that I was trying to clear up. A&E and lots of antibiotics.

Agreed - get well soon. Would you heal more quickly if you hurt yourself on a fast fryer than a slow cooker?

Well, if it was really hot, it would probably cauterise the wound. I am sure A&E is not a fun place to be at the moment. Get well soon, Sam, and be more careful with the stew!

Best wishes for your recovery, Sam.
And, excuse me, but what does A&E stand for?

Thanks. I work in one, in fact (as a nurse), but I've never read this acronym...
