True, but they are infantr y nontheless, despite being seen apart In actual fact, the King's Musketeers were cavalry, the Grey Company and the Black Company being differentiated by the colour of their horses... I was unaware of this, so TY for the info. Musketeers used to be infantry in baroque times, that fought alongside with pikes, so I always assumed they were...

(The only character affected is an officer so already has horses) I guess this would mean to change their Regimental weapon to Sabre (cavalry's), so I'd vote no. For what wikipedia says ( King's Musketeers), they were closer to dragons, despite being labeled as light cavalry. OTOH, seeing this ,they could be kept dependent from King's Equerry to volunteer (as they were horse troops), while the KFG depending on the Colonel General on Infantry. This will give those units a more different flavour, as the RFG would depend o nthe Colonel General on Infantry, the CG fro mth eArchbichop of Paris and the KM fro mthe King's Equerry, and give al lthsoe appointments more power (and so making the mmore attractive). In any case, as said, this would be mostly flavour,, as in game terms its efect would be little to none, at least until some PC reaches one of those appointments
