I suspect this will be entirely uncontroversial.
Anyone at the front for the Summer campaign can stay for the Winter campaign without returning to Paris, even if they have to transfer over to a frontier regiment to do so or (for the handful of Majors) volunteer their Squadrons.
This is to stop MIDS being entirely wasted.
